I do a 20 minutes Zumba and a 10 minutes arms workout. I'm only increasing a little of time each day. My goal to hopefully workout for 60 minutes.
I spend 2 hours on my online course. I feel good today because the concept is finally clicked. I understand it now. It was gruesome yesterday to go through because I didn't understand what the teacher was teaching. When I get it and know what I am doing, I actually love the course.
I work on my side project for an hour.
I spend the last hour of the night on writing. I write one poem. I then wrap up my day with this log. I just add journaling to my night time routine, so I'll do that.
I have a happy and fulfilled day today.
