Cultivating habits

I am grateful I have a good and satisfying day. I do my best at all my tasks. I clear out my to-do list today. 

I work out for 20 mins and do some stretching for 5 mins.

I spend an hour on online course and complete one quiz. 

I work on my side project for an hour. 

I review my last month finance. 

I restart gratitude / brain dumped journaling. I basically write everything in it, from drafting poems to planning out goals.

Overall I am happy with my day.
