7 miles Walking Challenge

There's a forest preserve next to my work place. I challenge myself to walk a 7 miles trail before heading home. Before my aim was to only hit 10K. Now on days I go to the office, my aim is to hit 20K. Today is the start of the challenge. 

I see so many people bike and roller skate there, and it makes me want to try. Anyway I find walking 7 miles is fun. It's tiring of course but it's peaceful. It takes my mind off useless thoughts. I also read as I walk. 

That's my accomplishment of the day. I'm pretty satisfied with my day.
