I planned to take a short nap after work, and then went about my daily evening ritual. I didn't set alarm for it, which is my fault.
I slept through the night. I felt refreshed this morning. Well rested. No dreams.
I must have been exhausted. Mentally taxing. Spring allergy or just a simple cold, I am not sure. My voice doesn't sound good when I'm recording.
Today I completed my To-do list and chose to write off yesterday. Not making up yesterday. With this mistake, I learn that batching contents and scheduling them ahead of time is the way to go to avoid such mistake.
I am reading fiction book again. It's been ages. I usually read self-help or non-fiction books. I checked out an episode of Bridgerton and I come to like it. Now I am listening to it's audiobook. I can listen while doing my other work.
Overall I am happy and energized today. I'm better than good.
