I had a hard time falling asleep last night. I still get up early for work.
I am on track with my project goal. The one I break down to smaller, manageable task I can do daily.
The other project that is part of my goal for this year hasn't even begun. That project I stop having fun. I see myself not improving in my explanation skill.
I have so many things I want to do, but I don't have enough time and energy to do them all.
I relisten to audiobook called Automic Habit by James Clear on Hoopla.
I work out for an hour and start intermittent fasting. Let's see how long I can keep going with this habit.
I am happy.
