Ready for tomorrow

Bread from yesterday turned out better than I expected. It's soft and sweet to my liking. I should have let it rise a little longer. Now I know to check the dough size instead of the time. 

I also tried baking Japanese milk bread for the first time. I haven't cut it yet since the recipe said to wait till the next day. I can't wait for tomorrow's breakfast. 

I also made fried calamari Korean style. It looks easy to make and it's similar to salt and pepper calamari fried I had before. I have no problem frying them, but it's hard to season it right.

I spend about 2 hours working on my projects. I mostly spend my time doing nothing and full on cooking and baking mode.

Batch cooking is done for the whole week. I won't be using the stove for a while.

My weekend seems busy yet I feel like I haven't done much. Wouldn't it be nice to have time to do everything on your bucket list without worrying about work and expenses?
