Almost There

I properly divide my time equally between studying and working on my side project. I am almost done with my course, and the quiz I took isn't hard at all. I don't give myself enough credit for doing well. I need to work on my confidence level.

My side project is going along well. I focus on doing one more tasks than the day before. I also set a stop time to not doing the side project. Once that time is up, it doesn't matter whether I complete a task or not, I have to pause and leave it for tomorrow.

The 1% better than yesterday system habit that I project into my work and my personal life is very effective. I start to see results. Slowly building good habits. Do a little bit better than yesterday. 

I still need to be more consistency on my health goal. I haven't taken vitamins daily. I do a 20 minutes arms work and a 5 mins stretching. No Zumba today. 

Overall my day is good. I am happy with my progress. It's nice to talk to a friend once in a while.
