a log of activities

Today I'm grateful to be alive and healthy. I am grateful to have a job and roof over my head. 

Today's highlight is I have been consistent in doing a 10 minutes arms workout for one week. 

Normal routine: 
- working 8 hours 
- reviewing lesson 1 hour 
- working on side project 2 hour 
- having dinner and watching "I love alone' 2 hours
- journaling 10 minutes 

I am happy and striving to find a lifestye true to me. Keep on going.
