Not Easy

Being consistent and faithful with new daily habit is hard. Building good habits is like building reputation. It takes one blow to mess it up. 

I am building a new good habit to work out daily. Just to show up with a working outfit. 5 mins. 10 mins. It doesn't matter the duration. Just show up. 

I did a 10 minutes arms workout and a 15 Zumba. I need to rebuild my strength.

Today is a good day. Begin building good health habit again.
